Missed Class & Refund Requests: No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of the class/camp after the booking has been made and paid for. If a cancellation request is made before the 24 hour window, a credit towards a future class/camp of the same value will be given.  If a participant is unable to take part in a program due to a medical reason; please provide a doctor’s note and a credit will be given toward a future class/camp. This must be approved by an NPH representative.

NPH Rules: At Next Pro Hockey we make a conscientious effort to ensure that all participants are enjoying a fun, positive and safe experience. In the event that we feel an individual (participant or caregiver) is preventing this from happening, NPH reserves the right to request the removal of the participant or caregiver from the class or camp and not have them participate in future programs.

Liability Disclaimer:

At Next Pro Hockey we do our absolute best to ensure a safe environment both on and off the ice to ensure the safety of our players. However, Next Pro Hockey including any and all instructors or volunteers or any representative of Next Pro Hockey will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or loss that may occur during any private sessions, group sessions or camps including but not limited to skating, drills on and off the ice or dryland training. In the event of any accidents if unable to reach a guardian, the guardian hereby gives permission to Next Pro Hockey the ability to seek any immediate medical attention necessary. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings of any players during training sessions on and off the ice.
